Sting Rate Pre Roll

Sets the pre roll duration for the Sting transition. The pre roll is less than or equal to 255 minus the clip duration.

Pre Roll	Integer	The number of frames from 1 to 255.
M/E	Integer	One-based index of the Mix Effect Bus. Default is 1.
