Captures a still image from what's on Program and saves it to the Media Stills.

If all the media still slots are occupied, this action does nothing.

NOTE: This feature is supported on the ATEM Mini Pro, ATEM Mini Pro ISO, ATEM Mini Extreme, and the ATEM Mini Extreme ISO.
