# Counter Overlay

The Counter Overlay is a feature of the following ATEM switchers:

* ATEM 1 M/E Constellation HD
* ATEM 2 M/E Constellation HD
* ATEM 4 M/E Constellation HD

It displays a countdown or countup clock on Output 1.
